ABOUT CMB PHOTOGRAPHY

Colleen Bruintjies, the founder of CMB Photography, is a passionate freelance photographer based in Cape Town, South Africa. She embarked on her studies in 2016 and obtained a BTech degree in Photography at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2019. 

 

CMB Photography was established during her first year of studies (2016 ). In turn this allowed her to develop much needed business skills whilst studying photography. During this time she went into the retail industry, working as fashion photographer for a popular male brand. In this challenging and fast paced environment she learned constantly and gained a wealth of experience.

 

CMB Photography collaborates with everyday people, capturing moments at special events such as weddings, matric balls and birthday celebrations.

 

HOW WOULD COLLEEN DESCRIBE HER BRAND ? 

 

“ A photocopy of people, places and progress; is a term I constantly remind myself when running my business. I believe it’s extremely important to build relationships with each client (people). Every location (places) is simply an adventure and the aim of the business is to progress.
